Shipping policy

Turnaround Time

Website orders have a turnaround time of up to 14 business days. Custom orders may take up to 3 weeks. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Turnaround time begins once your order and all required information have been received and does not include shipping/transit time.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Mini Stitches & Co. is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or packages marked as delivered.

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address. Mini Stitches & Co. is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout or additional shipping costs associated with reshipping a returned package.

Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in Mount Olive and Collins, Mississippi only. Pickup details will be provided once your order is ready. Delivery is not available. Please do not arrive for pickup until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.

Customer-Supplied Items
Customer-supplied items are accepted with prior approval. By providing an item for customization, you acknowledge that embroidery and customization involve machinery and carry a risk of damage. Mini Stitches & Co. is not responsible for damage to customer-supplied items during the customization process, and replacement or reimbursement will not be provided.
